The process

From whole plant to lab-tested lot.

  1. 01

    Drying

Whole plants hung on their branches on galvanised steel cables on three levels, in a climate-controlled, dehumidified and ventilated room. Temperature 16–18 °C (never above about 19 °C), relative humidity 50–60%, controlled airflow, conditions monitored. Target moisture in the flower at the end of drying: 12–13%, checked per lot together with water activity.

  2. 02

    Trimming & quality control

Flowers are trimmed to the finish agreed with the buyer, and every lot goes through quality control.

  3. 03

    Curing

In suitable containers at 16–18 °C and 58–62% relative humidity, to stabilise and even out the flower before packing.

  4. 04

    Lab analysis

CBD, CBDV, THC, water activity, microbiology and other tests depending on the destination market. Certificates of analysis provided per lot.
